Tax preparation, tax planning, and accounting for individuals and small businesses throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, in person at our Oakland Park office or entirely online.
Our office sits at 2701 W Oakland Park Blvd, minutes from Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors, and clients across Broward come through the door every season.
But most of this work no longer requires a drive. Documents go through a secure portal, the return gets walked through on video, and the signature happens electronically. Clients in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach get exactly the same process, and so do clients who moved out of state and stayed with us.
Come in if you want to. Don't if you don't.
In person at the Oakland Park office, or entirely online anywhere in the tri-county.
Home county. The office is in Oakland Park.
Thirty minutes south, and most of this work happens by video anyway.
North along I-95, in person by appointment or entirely online.
A free call, a secure upload, a video walkthrough, then e-sign and file. The same process from anywhere in the tri-county.
Fifteen minutes by phone or video. We learn your situation and tell you what the work involves and what it costs.
Photograph or upload your documents from your phone. A secure link, not email attachments.
We build the return or the books, then go through it with you on screen. Questions answered before signatures.
Signed electronically and filed as an IRS-authorized e-file provider, with tracking after.
Federal and state returns for individuals, families, gig workers and self-employed filers, walked through with you before anything is filed.

No. Most of our work runs the same either way. You send documents securely from your phone or laptop, and we walk through everything by phone or video before it's filed.
Plenty of clients still prefer sitting across the desk, and the office at 2701 W Oakland Park Blvd is open for that. It's a preference, not a requirement.
Yes. We file and keep books for clients across all three South Florida counties. Oakland Park sits close to the Broward line, so Miami Gardens is about the same drive as Coral Springs, and for anyone further out, the entire engagement can happen remotely.
Federal returns don't care where you sit, and we handle multi-state and part-year returns regularly. If you moved mid-year, or you earn in one state and live in another, that's a normal part of the work rather than an exception.
It's the same process. The part that matters isn't the room. It's whether someone walks you through what was claimed, what wasn't, and why, before anything is filed. That conversation happens on video exactly the way it happens across a desk.
Through a secure client portal. You photograph or upload from your phone and we take it from there. Email attachments of tax documents are a bad habit and we'd rather you didn't.
Both, everywhere in the tri-county. Individual and family returns, self-employed and 1099 filers, and small business bookkeeping, payroll coordination and entity work.

A free 15-minute call with Djenald Richard, AFSP certified and IRS Directory listed. In the Oakland Park office or on video, whichever suits you. No obligation after.
