Mr. Taxes Pro financial literacy workshop session in South Florida
Education & Workshops

Financial literacy is the whole point.

We run sessions on how taxes actually work, what deductions exist, and how to build wealth on an ordinary income, because informed clients make better decisions, and because most people were never taught any of it.

Community sessions are free. Bring us a room and we'll come talk.

Formats

How we run them

Community Workshops

Open sessions on the basics: what your return actually says, and what you're allowed to claim.

Small Business Sessions

Entity structure, quarterly estimates, what to keep and why. For owners and the people about to become one.

Church & Organization Talks

Built around the group in the room. We've done congregations, associations, and neighborhood groups.

Employer Lunch-and-Learns

An hour for your team on withholding, credits, and why their refund is what it is.

Seasonal Deadline Briefings

Short, timed to the calendar. What's due, who it applies to, and what happens if it slips.

Ask Us for Something Else

If your group needs a topic we haven't listed, say so. We'd rather build it than send you a brochure.

Common Questions

Workshops and the newsletter

What does a workshop cost?

Community sessions are free. Employer lunch-and-learns and small-business sessions are low-cost and depend on group size and travel.

Ask us. If it's a group that would benefit, we'd rather run it than argue about a fee.

How big does the group need to be?

Ten is a comfortable floor for a room session, but we've done smaller for church groups and business associations. There's no hard minimum.

Can you do it virtually?

Yes. Video works well for the deadline briefings and the small-business sessions. The community workshops land better in person. People ask more questions when they're in a room.

Is the newsletter actually useful, or is it marketing?

It's one or two emails a month about what changed, what's coming due, and the moves worth making before the year closes. Plain language, no jargon.

It is also, obviously, from a tax firm. We're not pretending otherwise. We just don't waste your inbox.

Do I have to be a client to subscribe?

No. Plenty of subscribers file elsewhere or file themselves. Read it for a year and never call us and that's fine.

How do I unsubscribe?

One click at the bottom of any email. We never sell or share your information, and the content is general tax education rather than personalized advice.
